How to get started in WSBS (Wealth Step By Step)

My name is Gonzalo Gil, and I created this page to help new WSBS members take their first steps into the world of MLM in a correct, professional, and effective way.
It’s important to take things calmly and not try to move too fast. What truly matters is not speed, but consistency—making a little progress every day.
. Please do not share it with anyone who has not yet registered, as it contains links that would direct them to my personal system’s capture page.
And I’ll send you weekly emails with marketing tips and motivational content. In addition, your new affiliate will be able to contact me directly to resolve any questions or possible “technical issues” with their marketing funnel.
I offer this support because, at times, some sponsors— for various reasons—don’t respond to their affiliates, which inevitably has a negative impact on the entire organization.
Log in to your member area:

Very important: Be sure to go to Account and add how you want to be paid by editing your Deposit Method.
Next, review your entire virtual office from top to bottom so you become familiar with it. If you’d like, take advantage of the available savings.
In the drop-down menu under the “More” tab, you’ll see an option called “Image.” This is where you can upload the photo that will appear on your website. Don’t forget to do it!
.
Every Monday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Wealth Step by Step hosts live Zoom meetings. You’ll receive an email invitation each week. These are not opportunity calls, but updates and Q&A sessions.
Every Sunday and Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Professor Irv Samuels hosts a discovery call that showcases the excitement of achieving financial success through our high-value, extremely affordable GLOBAL opportunity. Simply call 732-434-2570.

In MLM, building trust is essential, and the best way to do that is not by simply sharing an affiliate link. You need to stand out and do things differently.
The company is the vehicle we use to generate income legally, but marketing is driven by our personal brand.
Your personalized marketing funnel, with your own domain name, is your personal brand—it is your business. Your pages belong to you (not the company), and you can customize them completely, from top to bottom, however you like.
The contacts in your autoresponder (your list) are also yours, not the company’s, and you can move them to any other autoresponder whenever you choose.

You already have your marketing funnel set up and working for you. Now, the next step is to allow people to find it naturally. This is very different from running aggressive promotions, spamming, or bothering people on social media—or anywhere else.
In most cases, when you put an offer directly in front of someone, their first reaction is to reject it. However, when they are the ones who discover it, everything changes. It no longer feels like a sales pitch, but like an opportunity—something that aligns with what they were already looking for and shows up at exactly the right time.
At this stage, your goal is not to convince anyone, but to attract. Provide value, spark curiosity, and position yourself as someone trustworthy. When done correctly, people enter your funnel by choice, making the entire process more natural, effective, and duplicable.

Don Failla, a millionaire in the MLM industry and author of the book “The 45 Second Presentation”—which I highly recommend—used to say that MLM is not about one person selling a lot, but quite the opposite: many people each selling a little.
We recruit one person and teach them to do the same. When each person does their small part of the work, growth happens through duplication.
However, it’s hard for someone to sell anything if they don’t know how, and this is where our marketing funnel comes in. It takes care of all the heavy lifting—presentation, follow-up, and closing sales—while our role is simply promotion.
On this page, both you and your new affiliates will find the basic information needed to get started. Still, it’s important they know they have someone genuinely interested in helping them move this business forward, because their success is directly proportional to the success of their affiliates.
Every time you recruit a new affiliate, make sure to send them a welcome email and let them know you are fully available to help them with whatever they need.
And don’t forget to send them the link to this page so they know how to get started.
Let’s play a small mathematical game to analyze the potential of this compensation plan.
Let’s assume that you enroll just 1 person per month for 12 months, and that all other affiliates do the same.
This is a hypothetical scenario, since we all know that while mathematics never fail, people sometimes do.
The key to the growth of a multilevel network lies in attracting people who are willing to take this activity seriously.
If we start with 1 initial affiliate:
| Mes | Total de afiliados |
|---|---|
| 0 | 1 |
| 1 | 2 |
| 2 | 4 |
| 3 | 8 |
| 4 | 16 |
| 5 | 32 |
| 6 | 64 |
| 7 | 128 |
| 8 | 256 |
| 9 | 512 |
| 10 | 1024 |
| 11 | 2048 |
| 12 | 4096 |
A 7-level matrix is completed with 3,279 people.
By month 12, there are 4,096 affiliates 👉 which means your 7-level matrix would be fully filled ✅
At level 8, you would have 817 affiliates 🚀
Your earnings would exceed $9,000 per month 💰🔥
In any area of life, success is not about luck 🍀 — it’s about having a clear plan and the discipline to follow it 📋💥. The MLM business works exactly the same way.
Think of this as building a real business 🏗️, something solid and sustainable. Start by creating a 6-month business plan 🗓️✨.
First, look at your expenses — an investment in your future 💼💰:
Domain name and professional email: $15 🌐📧
Membership: $30 per month × 6 = $150 🧾
Advertising (optional): $50 per month × 6 = $300 📢🚀
TOTAL: $465 for six months — a small investment with massive potential 💎🔥
Now let’s talk about income 💵 — and this is just your personal effort, without even counting duplication yet 📊.
Imagine enrolling just 3 people per month 🎯 — a very realistic goal, especially when you use paid advertising wisely.
3 people per month × 6 months = 18 affiliates 👥👏
Fast Start Bonus: $25 × 18 = $450 ⚡🔥
Matrix (18 affiliates): $87 per month 🔢📈
And remember — this doesn’t even include the work your affiliates will do 🤝💡. Now picture what happens when each person in your matrix enrolls 3 or more people per month 🚀🌍. That’s when real momentum is created.
These numbers are realistic and achievable 🎯. The speed doesn’t matter — progress does ➡️💪. As Don Failla wisely said: MLM is a marathon, not a 100-meter sprint 🏃♂️🏁.
It doesn’t matter when you arrive…
What matters is that you never stop moving forward ✅🔥
They say that success in an MLM business is 80% mindset and 20% skills. When people first start, they’re ready to take on the world. But after a few weeks, when the first challenges appear, a dangerous thought begins to settle in their minds: maybe I’m not capable of reaching my goals. These thoughts slowly break down motivation and the desire to work, and in many cases, the result is giving up.
Mark Hughes, the founder of Herbalife, once said during a conference with his distributors:“Anyone who leaves this room today and enrolls 10 people in the next 10 days will receive a brand-new Rolls-Royce.”
The room exploded with excitement… until Mark Hughes stopped everyone and explained that it was just a joke. But a joke with a powerful lesson:
“If you can maintain the same level of enthusiasm you had just a few minutes ago, I guarantee that within a year you’ll be able to buy yourself a brand-new Rolls-Royce.”
Maintaining motivation is the hardest job of all, because motivation is often fragile and can break for a thousand different reasons. It can be shaken by a bad day, an unexpected criticism, a “no” that hurts more than it should, or results that take longer than we expected.
Our motivation is tested most when the initial excitement fades, when no one sees the effort we’re making, and when results still haven’t shown up. In those moments, the mind starts working against us, whispering doubts, fears, and excuses. And that’s where many people stop—not because they aren’t capable, but because they stopped believing for a moment.
That’s why we must learn to train our motivation: to outsmart our minds on bad days, to keep going even when we don’t feel like it, to remember why we started, and to reconnect with our purpose again and again.
If you learn to stay motivated during the initial phase—your first 8 to 10 weeks—you’ll begin to see results. And those results will become the fuel that feeds your motivation. The more progress you make, the stronger your drive becomes, creating a positive cycle where consistency fuels motivation, and motivation leads to even greater results.
