Step 1: Set up your marketing tools

I’ve created a marketing funnel in Systeme that you can copy completely for free. Just click the link and create a FREE account on Systeme. Then go to Sites, and after that to Sales Funnels. There you’ll see a funnel with my name, “Gonzalo.” Click on it and review each of the pages—you can edit and customize them however you like.

STEP 2: Purchase a domain name 🔗🏷️

When it comes to promoting your business, having a professional personal website with your own domain name is essential. This detail makes a huge difference in how prospects perceive you: it conveys credibility, commitment, and professionalism. It shows that you’re not “just testing the waters,” but treating this activity as a serious, long-term project.

People trust and are drawn to those who project professionalism and vision. Your personal website becomes your digital business card: a space where your brand, your message, and your values speak for you even when you’re not present.

Remember, you attract what you project. When you position yourself as a professional, you’ll attract people with the same mindset, focus, and level of commitment. Investing in your online presence isn’t an expense—it’s a clear statement of who you are and where you’re headed.

On Namecheap, you can purchase a domain name for under $10 per year. Choose a short domain name that’s easy to remember.

STEP 3: Purchase a professional email address 📨🔒

This step isn’t important only for image or personal branding, but for a much more critical reason: email deliverability. New policies from Gmail and Yahoo are becoming increasingly strict and penalize messages sent from autoresponders when the sender’s email address isn’t properly verified. As a result, many emails end up directly in the spam folder, even if the content is high quality.

By using a professional email address associated with your own domain and properly verified, you significantly improve your sending reputation and increase the chances that your messages land in your prospects’ primary inbox. This leads to higher open rates, more trust, and better campaign results.

A professional email doesn’t just protect your communication—it reinforces your credibility and shows that you take your business seriously. In digital marketing, trust begins with the very first email that successfully reaches its destination.

You can purchase a professional email address on Namecheap for $12.50 per year.

Step 4: Connect your domain and email to your funnel in Systeme 🌐📧

There are two ways to do this:

The first option is to ask for help from Systeme’s AI support. You simply need to tell it that you want to connect your domain name and email to your marketing funnel. A member of the Systeme team will contact you and take care of the setup for you.

The second option is to do it yourself. On YouTube, you’ll find several videos that guide you through the process step by step. If you have experience managing websites, this will be easy for you. If not, it may seem a bit challenging at first, but you don’t need to fully understand the technical details—just follow the steps shown in the videos.

.

Step 5: Set up your autoresponder and follow-up messages 📧🔁

In the video below, you’ll see how easy it is to set up your autoresponder. It’s important to make sure your domain is properly pointing to your capture page.

When someone signs up, they should be redirected to the thank-you page. In addition, every email you send should include a clear call to action that takes the user to your sales page (recommended) or, alternatively, directly to your WSBS affiliate page.

You can set up an email sequence that’s sent automatically and periodically to each subscriber over a set period (for example, one email every two days for 60 days).

Another approach —the one I use— is to schedule a welcome email to go out immediately after someone subscribes, and then send a newsletter to the entire list every 2 or 3 days indefinitely.

To write your emails, you can use ChatGPT to create short, professional, and motivating messages. It’s also a good idea to take inspiration from emails you receive and adapt them to fit your own business.

Step 5: Start getting the word out about your business
